We collect only personal information that you voluntarily provide by submitting the quote request form on this Site. This may include:

• Phone number

• City or municipality
• EV make and model
• Electrical panel details (self-reported)
• Any additional notes you include in the request form

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, cookies beyond basic session functionality, or any passive data collection tools as of the date of this policy.

2. Why We Collect It (Purposes)

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

• Lead connection: To share your inquiry with licensed ESA-certified electrical contractors in the Kitchener-Waterloo area who may be able to fulfill your EV charger installation request.
• Communication: To respond to your inquiry or pass it to a contractor who may contact you regarding your request.
• Research and demonstration: As this site is part of an experimental AI ecosystem (see our AI Disclosure), submitted data may also be used to assess the effectiveness of this site for research purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information may be:

• Forwarded to one or more licensed electrical contractors in the KW region for the purpose of fulfilling your service request
• Stored in a secure form submission service for the duration of your inquiry
• Reviewed by the human operator (circuit breaker) responsible for this site

We do not:

• Sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes
• Share your data with anyone outside of the service-fulfillment chain without your consent
• Use your data to build advertising profiles

4. Consent

By submitting the quote form and checking the consent checkbox, you provide express consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. • If no contractor match is made: retained for no more than 90 days
• Upon request for deletion: removed within 30 days of your written request

• Licensed electrical contractors in the Kitchener-Waterloo region who are the intended recipients of lead referrals from this Site
• Form processing services used to receive and store form submissions (subject to their own privacy practices)

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

7. Data Security
